I do pre-employment screening, and have a need to search all county courts.

You're being had by your employer!!! About 50%$ of all Counties in the USA (and Boroughs, Wards, and Parishes) allow you to look this information up online - BUT, in about 1/2 of those you must be a registered member of the court. I suggest that you just do a simple background check - which you can purchase VERY cheaply. You can also make the applicant bring their own background check to you (they can do it themselves by presenting their ID at their local police agency - they might have to pay a small processing fee).

I am a background investigator and I look up court cases almost everyday. I feel your pain! Court websites rarely give you anything beyond the basics for criminal cases. Here is a site I use that has updated links to all state/county court websites.
