Due to the laws being changed many have been thrown in jail with no chance to talk to family or lawyers.
This has been going on for years.

By definition, it is not proven!
The existance of a top secret prison is a FACT!
But I expect it is more like 7.5%
Most people who disappear turn up dead eventually. They have run into "foul play" ... kidnap, rape and/or murder!
Occasionally they just ran away, like the bride who pretended she was kidnapped!!!
Jimmy Hoffa is not in a secret jail some where.
He's probably dead, and his body is buried under a big building's cement foundation!!!
