I'd use Esther. It's lovely, and it's an up-and-coming name.
I find April a little dated. It reminds me of macrame plant holders and clogs. The French version, Avril, might be a better choice.
I find the spelling Isobelle a little off. Isobel is lovely, but in any case, she'll be lumped in with all the Isabellas. And Gabriellas. And Bellas. And Ellas. You might consider Isadora, a similar, but much fresher alternative.

Isobelle looks like the name for a unit of radioactive material. Isabelle works though. Esther will be okay once she is an old lady. April is pretty, given that she is born in April. Really though, you need to look into the baby's eyes and ask yourself her name after she's born.

Isobelle but spelled Isabelle. People will be like Is-oe-bell and it will sound dumb. April is also a pretty name. esther is a name for an old lady.

I would choose Isobelle(Isabella).
April- was a greek godess who was extremley mean. Not a good choice.
Esther- was an orphaned girl who was orderered to marry a king because she was the most beautiful virgin he found in ancient times. Also not a good choice.
Isobelle(Isabella)- has the least bad history behind it.

I like Isobelle but I think you should spell is Isabelle. And call her Isa for short. Esther reminds me of a stinking old lady and April is the name of dumb girls.

Isobelle! I absolutely adore that name! Esther is a little old lady-ish and April is becoming cheap and overused.
