yes...we're becoming fatter...and if evolution is true and we're going to adapt to our environment and our environment now has become very comfortable, we'll all turn into jabba the hutt...

Everything is made up of Genes, these define what eye colour you have, what hair colour etc
When a gene mutates, (albino people, people that have cystic fibrosis), it has changed, now if it was a trait for an albino animal, then it would stick out in the wild and may die, so this meens that its genes would be removed from the gene pool, but say this animal lived in a dark cave, and its gene mutated to colour it black, it would have a higher chance of survival and therefore a higher chance of passing on its genes, so i beleive evolution is the passing on of beneficial traits from one generation to the next. So i would say yes humans are evolving but with the advent of modern technology and health care etc traits which may in the wild cause a problem wouldnt cause a problem in humans. Hope that helps though im a bit patchy on my description please correct me if im wrong.

people did no longer evolve from monkeys. Monkeys and people share a basic ancestor. the two are countless issues. asserting people progressed from monkeys is like asserting your brother is your father, which--except there is a few extremely unusual practices on your loved ones--is ridiculous. no remember what certainly scientific theory you join whilst it comprises evolution, there is no rationalization why the actuality which you have no longer seen evolution in people ability that it is not occurring and evolution is 'incorrect.' we are caught in our very own organic and organic time-physique. you do no longer see evolution occurring because of the fact it the two takes an exceedingly long term, or happens temporarily bursts in keeping with a brilliant substitute in atmosphere that demands a metamorphosis in phenotype for survival. you will see that evolution ensue. Antibiotic resistant micro organism are a made of evolution in keeping with the presence of antibiotics. Now think of you have been a micro organism. regardless of if WE, with our 70+ three hundred and sixty 5 days lifespan can SEE that evolution ensue in some days, in case you have been a micro organism, you does no longer see a similar ingredient because of the fact your lifespan would be too short. If redwood timber have been unsleeping, perchance they might inform you that they have got seen people evolving as nicely.

Probably a better version of our current self. But those who strongly believe in it thinks we stopped evolving physically because of drugs and vitamins. We can take a shot instead of be healthy in general so there's no need to evolve in the way of immune systems.

There's probably going to be some further evolution of the human species ...probably grow taller... some racial characteristics from around the world will begin to mesh together into a more "uniform" racial group... we'll probably lose certain characteristics altogether - I heard natural redheads may become extinct in a few generations.

Supposedly we'll lose all of our hair as well as our pinky fingers and toes. We're talking millions of years here. That's if everything stays the same as it is now. Who knows what kind of environmental stressors may pop up in the next million years? If (and when) they do, we will evolve to survive.

Humans are not going to evolve. Yes, scientists say that the earth is some odd billion years old, but when God created Adam...he was a man, not a baby. So, when God created the earth, He made it to look and seem old akso...

I don't think we will because we don't have small isolated fringe populations in stressful environments that can diverge from the mass of humanity.
