With math and biology, you could go into epidemiology as a statistician. Among the jobs this person does is to figure out how diseases spread (mathematically, by making infection maps), finding the probability that a certain virus or bacteria will spread and how quickly, and other support functions for places like the CDC, hospitals, medical schools and private companies. You could also teach--there is a shortage of both math and science teachers nationwide.
