I don't think there are any. And painting over it won't work unless you use a good stain blocking primer first. If you don't you will still be putting coats of paint on it this time next year!
I prefer the Zinsser brand of primer. You can get it in a spray can at HD or Lowes. Make sure to get the kind that says "stain blocker"

They have spray cans to cover water spots in the paint sections at hardware stores. It comes in standard white just lightly spray and let it dry if it doesnt cover then reapply. If you put it on too thick it will leave texture on your ceilings. I use this product when there are water stains on ceilings and i have to paint. It has "Stain Blocker" printed on the label because thats just what it does keeps the stain from comming through so you dont have to paint 5 coats to get rid of the staing. Check lowes or home depot.

I have use this receipt on rental homes, sometimes it works.

Mix a solution of water and bleach, equal amounts and spray lightly, leave it dry and try again if necessary.

Up shot!!! It works wonders and is made by Kilz. I manage a motel and thats all we use until we repaint.
