It's that time of the year again.......?

Leaves...do you prefer to rake them, blow them, mow them or ignore them?

Grew up raking every Fall. Last year I just let them go... no biggie. This year I mowed them. Don't have a preference exactly, but will end up raking/dethatching anyway.

I prefer to ignore them and let compost and dissintegration begin because there are so many leaves that you can't put all of the in the same pile because the wind blows, new dead leaves fall and this is why i ignore them.

I mow mine. The mixture of cut grass and leaves deteriorates over the winter and works as a nutrient.
