The funny thing is if you go in and vote on "undecided" questions how many of those you find in here...lol

I wonder the same thing. I think it kind of encourages people, but it's stupid because everyone knows the best answer gets 10 points.

To get as many answers as possible, i guess. the more the better because that will contribute to more details, etc. it is also a form for attracting or even "persuading" others to answer his question. i hope ill get 10 points for answering ur persuasive question, ayeh!
