that they can only perform once or twice a week? It doesn't sound fair, does it, but is that what it's all about?
(Of course, I know that some women hang in there indefinitely for an assortment of reasons.)

My man is older and we just really connected on a higher level than a lot of younger guys that I know. It has nothing to do with the sex.

i don't think women prefer older men, some do, some don't, but there are also those who say so, and two men later change their minds. It also has a lot to do with the men, most will jump on any young thing, for a while, it's a hell of a compliment to the ego, and then you have no idea of the change of life, no matter, what you've read. Especialy with men, they go through a dire need to be youthful again, and over half act on it, that a big reason for divorces between 45 and 50 for men. I have a long time friend, who's 44 yrs and there's not much we haven't discussed over the years, it's really great being able to ask/talk of anything with a guy, same for him. Anyways, use to confide in me at times about how great it was to have young girls interested in him, but at the same time he said, he realized it real fast, it never lasted, her friends were on different levels, they did not necessarily feel comfortable in his company, he tired of theirs, although not hers, their music differed, their hang outs, everything, after a while didn't work to either's comfort, mostly his, so he basically gave up on younger women, it was the difference the stages of life (with age) not the women.

I think older men are more appealing because they are more confident and better established financially. They usually treat you with more respect and know how to treat you right in bed. However, 1 out of every 3 men over the age of 35 have some sort of erectile dysfunction. So it can sometimes be a trade off. Guys "peak" at 18 and women peak around 30. Viagra works really well though. And speaking of that; I thought a man on Viagra couldn't c u m but he can and it just gets hard again in a few minutes. Viagra works great!!

What's this once or twice a week thing? I'm nearing 70 & while the frequency has dropped considerably the last 20 yrs or so, it is more than once or twice a week. My wife is 14 years younger than I, but she was a very mature 23 yr old when I married her. The males her age were just too immature & silly to take seriously & she had nothing but age in common with them. I think too many younger men tend to view a woman as property instead of a partner in life.

Maybe. I think alot of older men would make better lovers because of experience and it's not about the quantity of how many times a week a man performs, but the quality.

I have always preferred older men because they are not immature, usually know how to please a woman (and I don't necessarily mean sexually although they usually do) and they know how to treat a woman like a lady. They are better lovers in the sense that they really know how to "love" a woman whereas younger men are generally out to see if they can score.

However, this does not always apply to the older gentlemen since there are some younger men who do know how to treat a lady right.... only a sparse few.

My husband is 6 years older than me. The reason I fell in love with him is his maturity, loving nature, trustworthiness and intelligence. He completes me, together we are one. Bad lovers come in all ages, I'm just lucky this one is soooo amazingly talented. It's not quantity it's quality and there's not a night that I don't get mine a million fold, he makes sure of that.

My husband is 28 and I'm 22, I don't have to deal with the erectile dysfunction part of age difference. Plus most women don't get off that way too easily anyway. Even if a man can't get it up there's always oral. And those who wont do that aren't worth it anyway. So yeah, older man can perform just as much as any other man. If they have problems getting it up there's always ways around that. There's other ways of pleasing a woman than just sticking it in. If I remember the percentage correctly, only 20% of women can get off with vaginal intercourse.

I think for some women the situation is like you said...they age and are unable to perform, but I think most of the time in those relationships they realize they did not have as much in common as they innately thought. Opposites do attract, but unfortunately, there has to be some common ground. Without it the relationship usually falls apart fast.

Most women like men who are around their age or within a few years either way. Those who like much older men are either looking for money or father figures.

My husband is almost 10 yrs my senior I met him when I was 20 and we've been together ever since. His maturity played a big role in why I started to date him.But it was also knowing he was going to teach me and I him different things on our live's journey's.
I stay because he completes me and he is all that I need to feel whole in this world. He also gave me the greatest gift ever our daughter.Love created her and love is what binds her and it will be love that teaches her.She seem's to already take after her mommy cause she sure likes to look at older boys heheheheh. The joys of parenting:)
