The only telling sign at this stage is if you have black and/or white Mollies, as the fry would also be black and/or white. Otherwise, the best way is to watch until you see one of your pregnant fish "drop" a fry. The gravid spot is a dead giveaway, so I suspect it is your Guppy. Her normal activities will change. She will swim around in circles in the tank, and may chase away or swim away from other fish. When she has an opportunity to be "alone", she will swoop down to the bottom and "hatch" out a fry, who will then immediately unfold and swim away, unless the mom turns around and gulps up the fry before it realizes it is already in danger. Keep lots of plants, both on the bottom and on the surface (some fry tend to swim right to the top and to one of the corners for safety). Keep your fish well fed, and they will tend to ignore the newly born fry. The internet is full of pics, but as I stated before, unless the colors of the fish are distictive (such as BLACK mollies or RED swordtails), all fry tend to look the same.
