like for instance when one terrorist country is neutralised some other country start a nuclaer weapons program. like is it even slightly possible

There will indeed be peace on Earth. Just as soon as all life is extinguished. Insects eat plants and other insects. Animals eat other animals. People kill and eat just about everything alive and they kill each other for sport or to solve stupid political arguments and petty differences. And because they like to kill. No peace, a pipe dream.

Most countries are peaceful most of the time.
But life is a competition, so peaceful all of the time is a bit unlikely.
Even in peaceful societies you are one phone call away from the police, i.e. men trained in the use of violence to end conflict. In other words, peace is not the absence of violence, but the state of having violence controlled by rational men.
Even as we speak, pro-peace activists complain about America being the 'World's Policemen'. It does not bode well that the quest for world peace is championed by those so profoundly ignorant as to how it would actually be achieved.
Peace does not occur when everyone communicates, it occurs when assholes are afraid to be themselves.

i dont think so. they called the 1st world war "the war to end all wars" but then they forgot about it and had a second 1. Humans dont learn from each others mistakes. maybe if nuclear weapons holocaust the world we will all realise that war is pointless. but i wouldnt count on it.
