thought my question was within the bounds of good taste, and less than 2% that took offense to the question. How come Yahoo allows less than 2% of the participants to dictate to the other 98% of us?
By the way, if you think I posted this question yesterday, you are right, but someone had that question also deleted before I had a chance to read the answers, so here I am again. Do you think it was Yahoo that didn't like my second question, or was it someone with a personal problem that can object anytime he/she pleases and get the complete cooperation of Yahoo?

The mutants that respond to the complaints don't bother doing any actual investigation. Their threshold for complaints seems to be pretty low. It only takes one. What you have to realize is the fact that Yahoo probably farms out a lot of their work to other countries where the techs probably don't understand English so good in the first place and they really don't grasp the question. They probably have a set of guidelines that they don't quite understand and, just to be on the safe side, delete anything they don't understand.
Now I'll probably get a warning.

I missed your question so I don't know, but if it was NOT a genuine question but rather more a statement of some kind on whatever topic then it would have been in violation of Yahoo!Answers guidelines and subject to deletion.

If someone doesn't like you they will report you and then Yahoo will remove your question or answer. I don't feel like Yahoo does much investigating of these reports.
