Strictly speaking, Kayleigh doesn't have a meaning. Nor do Kayla, Kaylie, Caelie and their endless variations. They're of quite recent coinage, so while you might find some meanings attributed in baby name books, they're pretty sketchy. The one possible meaning would be to consider Kayleigh a variant of Katherine, in which case it means "pure" - but that's a stretch.
Jessica was invented by none other than William Shakespeare, for a character in the Merchant of Venice. Again, you might find meanings attribtued, but I think most of them will be of questionable validity.
Callum is an Irish name, based on Saint Columba. Colm is another version. The meaning attributed to the name is "dove."
Some other names you might consider:
Finley/Finn for a boy;
Duncan for a boy;
Tamsin for a girl;
Gareth for a boy;
Elspeth for a girl;
Brenna for a girl.
They all have the same vibe as Callum - and they're a tiny bit more updated than the classic, but perhaps a bit dated, Jessica.

I do not like the names Callum or Stewart I don't think of a Callum Stewart as being a manly man, I think of him as a nerdy bookish boy who likes to play with pokemon RPG cards.
Jessica Marie sounds nice, however. When I was a kid I always wished my Mom named me Jessica because I liked Jessica from the Sweet Valley Twins TV show (based on a book series).
I really like Aileen, Michelle, Delaney, and Taylor as middle names for girls. Michelle sounds nice with almost anything as a first name, kind of like Elizabeth does.
For boys maybe Hunter, Tyler, James, Joseph, Ryan, Emery... as middle names

Jessica Marie is booorrringgg and Callum Stewart makes me think of a geek and phlegm all rolled into one. Those names are horrible. Why not Colin or Jackson for a boy? You have to give a boy a masculine name. And for a girl, if you like K names, why not Kellan or Kendall?

You can't really go wrong with Jessica Marie, Jessica is SUCH a common name, no one will think badly of it. Marie is super common as well. It's even my middle name!
Callum has a cool sound to it. I really do like it. I'm not to sure on the Stewart part, but it does flow very well!
Good luck with the new baby hun! Hope this helped.
