Nope, sorry, you are actually going to have to show up take an eye test, a written test, and a photo. Used to be, you had to actually prove that you can drive.

No you can't and I'm shocked so many are dumb enough to think you can. What you can do online is renew you drivers license if it is in good standing and you don't have too many points.
