Also can he get fired for a dui that occured before he was employed. his job is parts delivery for advance auto. he has been working there for almost 6 months and is up for a pretty big promotion what now?

Hey, thanks there was descrepancy over whether he could or not people told me no others said yea. an I love him this all happened almost a year ago after his divorce they are just charging him now and was sent to jail becouse of a missed sentencing hearing.

Yes and yes. A clean driving record is a requirement for a delivery job. Not missing a week unexcused usually is as well.
