PMS used to be just a joke when men knew a woman was haivng her period. they had to call it something to tell others to stay away from a messy time. PMS was joked about so much that women began to believe it, believe that there was a problem with themselves. What a woman experiences is normal, tell your bf he has his annoying days too. His annoying times are when he wants it and you're busy thinking about more important things..

The time for PMS is about 1-2 weeks before the period actually starts.
The thing I found helpful to my PMS is taking B6 in either a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they suggest.
