why is my regnant guppy laying on the bottom of the breeder box?

shes jus like laying there for about 1 hour now with her fins clamped up '? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

She is most likely short before birth or really stressed out

I'd take her out. Guppies will not give out there young in there. They will actually hold them in, surprisingly. I'd suggest letting the guppy swim freely , and when she has the fry (baby fish), scoop them up and then put them in the breeders box.
