The only PERFECT rhymes are:

cerebra, Libra, palpebra

Some very good NEAR rhymes (same vowel sounds, slight difference in one consonant sound):

cathedra, exedra, tetradedra (and various other words with same final element -hedra)

You might also find that near rhymes without the /r/ will work, such as:

amoeba, diva, Eva, Riva, Shiva

Zebra and Deborah do not rhyme.

actually it's pronounced [uh-mee-buh]. So that would in fact rhyme with zebra.

ameoba (a single-celled creature)

** Edit **

Where are you from? I've only ever heard it pronounced zee-bra. Where is it pronounced zeh-bra, like Debra? (Not being snarky -- I really want to know because it's zeeeebra here!) :)

And, we pronounce it ah-mee-ba, too. :)

And yes, libra is much better, because of the r.

Debra (Or Deborah)

How can amoeba rhyme with zebra unless you pronounce it totally incorrectly? LOL! ( pronounced a-mee-be)
