Tell the dealer you heard on the Internet that it should be covered under warranty. I'm sure he will take are of it.

This is not a warranty problem. It is an insurance problem.
You have a "deductable" amount on your policy, this can be anywhere from $50.00 to $500 depending on your policy. This is the amount you have to pay for any repair claim. In addition, most insurance companies won't pay a claim unless there was a police report taken
good luck

Warranty is for manufactures defects. You will have to file a claim with your insurance company, if you have insurance and pay the deductible.

no the warranty is voided by the accident unless your insurance is liablity only, they are supposed pay for the damage since the bike is new if you have a loan on it most lenders require you to have full coverage on the bike GL

Warranty is for something that goes wrong by itself.
In other words, you didn't break it.

When you crashed, you broke it.
Not warranty.

tell the dealer the throttle stuck open and thats why you wrecked it, and if he repairs the bike under warranty you won't file a lawsuit against him.
if your still making payments on this bike also ask him since you wrecked it and can't ride it, do you still have to continue making payments?
