It's actually American English, a dialect of the English language. Somehow he does seem to make up some new words that would make it seem as though he is pulling stuff out of his you know what. An example is "strategerie".

Well at least he's American and is proud of it. Obama won't even put his hand over his heart and say the Pledge of Allegiance, how American is that!! I would say not!!
