I have a band size of 27 (27+5=32) and bust size of 34. And (34-32=2 cup size B)
So i'm a 32B not a 34B??
I always thought that the bust size (34) was my size when i go shopping for bras.

your math is correct if your measurements are accurate. 32B

A 32B has the same cup as a 34A and a 30C if you'd like to try those for fit.

The sizing of a bra is not straight inches, it's based on a ratio of difference between underbust and full bust. In this way - the cup in a 32B is not the same as the B in a 34B.

It all depends. The bra sizing system is just a guide, and bras made from different materials will fit differently. Just like you might take a size 4 in one style of jeans and size 5 in a different style. You really need to try it on and adjust the straps.

So, as a measured 32b, you could probably wear, 30b/c, 32 a/b/c, or a 34a. You might even find a 34b that fits good.

32C If under bust measurement is even then you add 4 inches, if it's an odd number you add 5. This gives you your Bra size which is 28+4= 32 Your cup size is C because if there is No difference between bra and bust measurements you're an A cup Difference of 1 inch then it's a B cup Difference of 2 inches then it's a C cup

No, they are two different things.

Bra sizing is not an exact science, but with your measurements you could try the following sizes and see which gives you the best fit:

30C
30D
32B
32C

Remember, the bra should fit comfortably on the first hook. If this is too tight, you need a bigger band. If the band rides up at the back, you need a smaller band.

You band size is measured directly below the breasts. Your bust line is across the widest part of your bust, meaning right across the front of them. So yes, they are different measurements. The difference between the two measurements is how your cup size is determined.
