They are all P2P programs that you mentioned. I would download Sopcast, it's the most reliable.
To watch the match you need to go to a website and click a link.
Use any of these, they are in order of what I consider their reliability.

3: RojaDirecta: http://www.rojadirecta.com/
4: Goaltube (requires registration): http://goaltube.org/index.php
Now go on to any of the websites and find the links for the game you want to watch. If you downloaded Sopcast, click on the Sopcast links.
Same for PPmate, TV Ants and TVU.
There are instructions on the websites on how to watch the matches.
