Both my kids used to! I think they inherited it from their father. Now that my daughter is grown, walking in high heels makes it natural since years of walking on her toes has made her foot into the shape of a high heeled shoe. Although my son and husband look as though they are walking flat, you can tell from the way their shoes wear out that they put most of their weight on the ball of the foot.

No, but I'm gonna be looking out for people walking on their tippy toes. God, that's a funny expression. Tippy toes! Try to say it ten times quickly without cracking up.

genuinely do not pick to scare you yet my brother, who's now in his 40's, walked on his ft. It changed into this strange walk the position he just about bounced. He did all of it for the length of his adolescence or maybe into adulthood. We got here across out only many years in the past that that's a highly classic signal of Asperger's Syndrome, a range of mild autism. this may o.k. merely be a level that he will outgrow so, except there have been different indications, i'd not challenge too a lot in spite of the indisputable fact that it is continuously a good concept to strengthen something like this to his pediatrician.

Yes! My son does and always has. The Dr. told me that his tendons needed stretching, so I worked with him doing leg exercises, but he still walks on his toes.

yeah thats weird. it usually means they never learned to walk right due to a physical abnormality. a girl i went to school with a long time ago walked like that and had to go to physical therapy for years before she could walk right.

Yes, my nephew...and not because he's trying to be sneaky but really because that's the way he walks. It's funny as heck!

Actually, my nephew did till he was around 14. Then he became a pothead. Somehow it grounded him and planted his feet firmly on the ground...or on the couch?????????
