Whats your funniest or worst sport mess up?? Elaborate

Personally? I have a few.
Baseball. High-school game. There's a runner coming around third, I'm the cutoff man on the infield. I get the throw, I'm out around the pitcher's mound, and the ball happens to slip as I throw it, and it ends up way up on the backstop. Among the worst throws I've ever seen.
Hockey. Local house league. I was probably about 8 or 9 years old. Got the puck, and started carrying it into wide-open ice, which was very unusual for me. I looked up, saw my own goalie in front of me, realized I was going the wrong way, and then I tried to turn around. I believe I ended up coughing up the puck, and they got a goal off the play.
Hockey. Local house leagues. At least twice over the years. It's game time, I excitedly rush out onto the ice to warm up...only to realize I have no traction whatsoever and immediately fall. I quickly attempt to get up, only to instantly fall again. I look to the skate blades only to realize that they're still covered. I take off the covers, leave them in the locker room, and return to the ice.
Bowling. Local league. This week. Struck in the 6th frame, threw six in a row from there. Last shot of the game, ball slipped a bit, dumped it into the gutter to finish at 215...our team lost that game by six pins. Ouch.

In 1993, playing for the Texas Rangers v. Cleveland, outfielder Jose Canseco had a baseball bounce off his head and go into the stands for a home run. Yes, he did try to catch the ball.
Mine was sort of the same...in Little League I remember having a ball bounce in front of me and over the fence for a ground-rule double....in a championship game the team I was on eventually lost. I still don't know why I didn't reach out and catch the stupid thing.

Oh my, do I have a story for you. I know this is crazy, but when I was 8 or 9, I went to this soccer camp and we were scrimmaging. Of course, I was the goalie, and (remember I was only 8 or 9) the goalie on the opposing team kicked the ball and (full field) it was going not even 1 mph and it rolled right past me into the goal. EMBARESSMENT!

i was running around first base (baseball) and i tripped over the bag and did a faceplant lol it hurt like hell

haha my friend was kickin a football durin his game and missed w/ his good foot and so he hit w/ his bad it was really funny because he tripped
