Theatre Doc is right, Barnaby Tucker would be fun and if not that, there's a good sized ensemble of dancing waiters. Barnaby is a Baritone FYI.

Both of the juvenile male parts in that show are around that age--Barnaby, yes, but also Cornelius Hackl. Both great comic roles. The movie version's very similar to the stage show--rent it and get a feel for the roles. (And see a VERY young Michael Crawford as Cornelius!)

The second and third choices could very well be 18...the movie version with Barbara Striesand had these characters rather young.
