I used to tie them in little knots, over and over. To make a sort of...licorice lanyard, I guess.
Interesting. Looking back on it, I guess it was kinda strange.

Sometimes tied them in knots, sometimes rolled them up and sometimes just ate them as they were. With the licorice catherine wheels......rolled up with a "bobbly" allsort in the middle....I unrolled them and ate the middle sweet first and then rerolled the licorice before eating it!

Yes... I kept doing it till it ended up in a big ball.... lol... but the worse thing is my friends brother used to be able to push it up his nose and pull it out of his mouth... now there is a party trick!... mind you... I always wondered how he found out he had the talent!... lol ...

Yeah I always used to do that! Until I realised that it took too long and didn't make it taste any better so I don't do it any more!

Sometimes but i also liked to suck it up like spaghetti or leave it dangling whilst i slowly nibbled away at it.
