Yes. Depression leads to unhealthy lifestyle as described earlier by others and thus affect your health.

Depression is your psychological symptoms. Our mind affects our body directly, prolonged depression will eventually affect the physical body (like irritable bowel, eczema, etc.) and will make your life rather unpleasant.

If you are depressed, you must be doing things not because you want to but you think you need to ... to get other's approval, to fit in, to avoid confrontation, etc. ... say 'yes' to yourself more. Don't worry about offending others. Others can take care of themselves. And if not, there is something they need to learn about themselves. It's all good, be real.

First of all the cure for depression is not sex... One of the symptoms for depression is loss of sex drive.

Yes, depression can kill you because emotions become physical internally. If you feel down or upset, your insides will respond as though they are being physically damaged.

Yes, it can. Even thought you don't do suicide, it means that whenever you are in this life-crisis that may kill you, you will be too sad to care. Depression can cause for you to think of death, and sooner or later it will happen.
