I would say B and C( not a rocket scientist but smart) , he has to have honor and intergety and joking is always fun and he has to be able to hold a conversation. Money cannot buy happiness, we can work on building a life together.

It can't be just ONE thing.
I'm attracted to intelligence but if he's totally serious all the time it'd be a drag.
So intelligence + a sense of humor is key; and anyone who says looks don't matter is either lying, or ugly.
Sure - they aren't #1 priority, but you could have the most amazing personality in the world, tons of money, etc., if you look like Sloth - I'm sorry, you'll be my best friend.. but.. nothing else.
Some form of physical attraction is a must-have.
