Fierce Creatures
A Fish Called Wanda
These two have the great trio of John Cleese, Kevin Kline and Jamie Lee Curtis. I think "Fierce Creatures" is funnier though.
For the Monty Python gang, I would add "And Now for Something Completely Different". "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" IS very funny!
