Starting with the elements on the Periodic Table, every molecule, water, and any source of energy that you need (wind, water, fire, solar, etc.) could you build a human being from scratch and then make him or her come alive? Or any other living organism? Money is no object either. I'll give you unlimited funds. Could you do it? It's not that hard to do. After all if evolution is true, dumb luck and blind chance made it happen. You're not stupider than dumb luck and blind chance are you? If you are, by your own admission, stupider than dumb luck and blind chance, then why would any thinking person take your theory seriously? Even if you have studied and learned a lot about science.

That's true - it was dumb luck and blind chance. Some members of populations developed genetic changes that made them better than their fellows, and they mated better than their fellows, and had babies better than their fellows. But only in specific environments. After all, Sylvester Stallone may be the pinnacle of human evolution, but he'd be a lousy fish.

Tell you what - set me up with unlimited funds, a micelle, an environment full of carbon dioxide and methane and lightning and water, and 3.5 billion years. And I'll build you a man.

Dumb luck as in favorable traits being passed over generations during millions of years (incomprehensible to your mind). Blind chance as in unfavorable traits dying before reproducing, yes. I'll take your closest female relative and give you a new living human being (18-24 only!)

You would more than be able to design a human being as a body with the correct material. Would it be able to think as we do? That is the real question. The speculation of being able to reproduce the same "soul" per say or actually being able to make the brain have the same magnetic reactions that spark memory is completely unproved as of yet.

Man does not have the technology to create life from scratch.
man cannot duplicate nature. Mankind would be in real trouble if we had the power of like and death.

Fuzz, I can do this. Please mail a cashiers check for ten million to start to Flyboy % Yahoo, Inc. This will be a real bargain for you as I'll provide my own raw materials. Hell, I'll even kick in for a couple of gold teeth.
