Am from mexico and she is from france, we want to get married in england because we live there, what documentation she needs as a french and I as a mexican to present to the home office to start the process without any problems?

Oddly enough this website is not exclusive to America so the question is a valid one.
You need to speak to the Home Office on this one, but given that she is an EU citizen she shouldn't have any problems marrying here.
