Not bad - but may I suggest:

In chapter 19, Steinbeck uses devices such as imagery and details to convey a rhetorical message of dehuminization by portraying immigrants (I think migrants would be a better word choice) as objects, and by illustrating the discrimination they face from wealthy landowners.

Hey, I remember answering a question for you, before! Hello, again.

I don't think it's bad at all. My thesis statements are usually a lot more point-blank, which means in my case, they aren't so great. But I make up for it in the actual body of the paragraph and essay. Anyways, that looks good to me. You left out the "i" in immigrants, but that's really all I saw that needs fixing.

I think you can start writing now :)

--I read what johnslat said, and it's kind of a very minor change to what you wrote. I compared them, and I think either would work. Although "migrants" might be a better word to use.

Romeo and Juilet by technique of William Shakespeare shows the unfavourable consequences of love and fervour disrupting friendships and relationships with others. I replaced what it "shows", because fairly the textual content itself does no longer coach that factor you're making definitively, it is your end that you've amassed from the e book. something else of what you had changed into fluffy and would nicely be shrink out. Being concise with one huge concept really than piling a gaggle of stuff into one sentence will make your thesis actuality, and something else of your paper, a lot more advantageous.

vague much?

you practically only list your points in your thesis, which is so standard. Essay writing is not as rigid as one may think.

what sort of imagery and details? isn't that what writing is?
