Sometimes I found only trace. Sometimes I found only stain....It was all left behind by things that are gone, maybe I was too late.

A first grader's ABC gum under his desk at school. It was slime covered and a little hairy. Pretty gross. Then I found NO soap in the restroom when I went to go wash my hands. Damn those school janitors!
