So first off, I'm not pregnant so don't give me any of that "Your kid will his get his *** kicked and hate you forever" stuff. I find it to be quite annoying.
Second of all, what do you think of the following names? Are they too unique, or are they okay?

Out of the girls names, I really like Cameo. I don't really know why, but it's probably because I like victorian cameos. It seems like an interesting name, as well as uncommon (I've never met anyone with the name). I don't really know about Nova though because it reminds me of some sort of space explosion... I like the pronunciation of Taen, but not the spelling. Katrin sounds pretty, and Aubrette just seems so-so to me. I don't have an opinion on Marisol except that it's a Spanish name.
For the boys, I really love the name Nathaniel. I feel it may be more common than the other names you have listed, except for Jameson. Ewan is a cool name, but I don't know if I'd name my kid that. Quinlan is a unique name, but again, I don't know if I'd use it. I think the name Sky for a boy is cool (and cute), but there's no telling if he'd hate you for naming him that (I'll be considering this name from now on....). I really like the name Cael, as well as the spelling. I don't really like Manuel.

So, why do you ask if you don't really want people's opinions?
I don't like any of the girl names...in particular, any that require you to clarify the pronunciation should be thrown out right away. Marisol might be okay, but it's borderline.
For the boy names, I'd throw out Sky (because it can also be a girl's name), Ewen (because Ewan isn't spelled that way) and Cael (because it sounds like a vegetable). Quinlan, Nathanial, Manuel and Jameson are all good.

In the Girls names, I don't like Aubrette, as it reminds me of eggplant (aubergine) and zucchini (courgette). And actresses do Cameo roles, right?
In the Boys names, Sky seems like a no-no.
Rest are all really cute and will suit any baby. :)

I'm not nuts about Aubrette, I'd do Aubrey. Taen is just too unusual.
