They actually fought Dracula, who transformed Storm into a Vampire and eventually defeated Dracula and reverted Storm and all the other bitten members back to normal. X-men have fought vampires before and they have the experience and a chance, and if the team has Phoenix or Dazzler, the vampires will be defeated (Dazzler gives off light, and Phoenix can go supernova on them and vampires dont like light)

I'm not sure but I think I'd like the vampires to win so they'd bite my neck...night after night.
