I have a gas oven and the element where the broiler is dosent work anymore is there a store to look for those kind of parts ive tried lowes and home depot and all they dont have it

yes, any appliance parts store. Have to have your model and type. Lowe's or any building material store would not have that. They also have repair manuals of your stove. But it being gas, your gas company would repair it in most cases for free. Most cases if the holes are plug at the venturies and a pipe cleaner works great.

Get the Model and Serial numbers and call a few Appliance repair stores. They usually have them or can order for you.

commonly end Line sportsware has really good operating Puma shoes, yet Footlocker has good ones too, also Rack Room shoes have some. universal i imagine end Line is the superb position to seem, and im no longer declaring that merely reason i paintings there :P
