House warming parties have been known to result in many of the same gifts being given . If you find something unique within your price range go for it with a card from the merchant stating that the article may be exchanged by the recipient. You can always give a gift certificate for their favorite store.

Moving from an apt. (or whatever) into a bigger place can make things "look" empty. If you have any ideas of their tastes, a gift certificate to a little shop that carries those tasteful items will surely be appreciated.
