I've seen a couple myself.
One guy was eating what appeared to be oatmel with a bowl and spoon, while driving.
Once saw a lady putting on makeup, with sunvisor down all while one side of tires were going over the line.

I've also seen what you have mentioned. BUT I think I got ya beat. I actually saw an idiot driving down the highway, puttin gon make-up, talking on the phone, smoking a cigarett, and steering the car with her left leg (knee). Doing all this at about 65MPH. Total idiot is the best I can say (call her) here on this site.

Well this isn't really "crazy", but a few days ago I saw this woman putting on chapstick, and she passed it back to her kid.
The kid was in a car seat, and he seriously looked like he wasnt even a year old, and he took it from her and was putting it on all by himself, then passed it back up to her.
It was so adorable, because you could tell it was such a routine thing for them. Probably the cutest thing I've ever seen.

I saw a young lady munching on her breakfast while driving 80 Km /H and swerve out of her lane almost hitting another car on her side.

i dont know if they were do anything to have this happen because it was dark but one night i was driving home and the car in front of me was going super slow and all of a sudden it went up the curb miss a light by inches and almost hit people walking..then they drove off regular at a regular speed like nothing happen...that seemed pretty crazy to me

This was a while ago, but came up on someone on the freeway who had to be going at least 80mph & he was reading & talking on his phone, plus drinking a pop. I got away from him quick!

Smoking a hookah (shisha) while going really fast with his car. He had it between his legs and was puffing away!
It was a crazy day anyway and me and my friends were like hmm...On any other day this would've seemed weird.
