What the heck? Sean Hannity is by far the most ridiculous and irrational human being on this earth. Halloween is a liberal holiday?! There are no other words to say but insanity. He is insane.

If Hannity has any kids they were probably our begging for candy like all the other kiddies. Why would Halloween be any more liberal or conservative? Why attach any politics to it at all? That is typical stupid conservative hate radio clap trap.

I would like a source for the entire context of this quote BUT I also know that he is an idiot and is just wacked out himself so I wouldn't be surprised if he said something so bizarrely stupid. Everything has to be about "liberals"... he will be muttering "liberal" to his oatmeal when he's senile and 75. I really feel sorry for his family; I hope they get vacations from him and his "liberals" crusades.
And I am a conservative and I am all for Halloween.

OK... now I'm a Conservative and I agree with about maybe 65-75% of what Sean says... but he's way out there on this one.
See... his line of reasoning is that it teaches kids to ask for handouts... and I don't agree.
Here's my take on Halloween... see what you think:
I think it teaches kids capitalism.
The kid dresses up in a costume and goes out looking for an audience. Those who are willing 'customers' have a light on to signal the 'performers'. The kids go up and show off their costumes... and the audience then pays for the performance with a currency of value to them... candy.
Am I wrong?
I don't think so... and here's one of those cases where I think Sean's got it wrong... but hey, we're all entitled to be wrong sometimes... right?
~ by the way... those who are saying he's an idiot or calling Talk Radio names... you're showing your ignorance.
just because someone says one really questionable thing, he isn't an idiot... and Talk Radio isn't Hate Radio and you're politicizing this when it's a simple remark with an agree or disagree thing.
