All you NEED is food (either pellets or frozen brineshrimp or bloodworms), but you SHOULD keep it in a filtered tank (at least one gallon), preferably with live plants (Java Fern, Java Moss, Anubias, Cryptocorynes, Vallisnerias, Sagittarias, Swords, or Water Sprite) and other hiding places. These frogs are fully aquatic (they don't need to get out of the water), but they still breath air, so they must be able to reach the surface. Siphon the gravel once a week and remove 25% of the tank's water as you do it. Email me if you have any questions.

You need a heated filter tank at least 2.5 gallons I wouldn't keep them in anything smaller myself although some people do,food-brine shrimp, frog bites, blood worms. They are pretty easy to take care of,here is a good page about their care:http://allaboutfrogs.org/info/mypets/dwarfs.html
