Rome total war--- invalid cd key??

Question

it says invalid cd key whn i try to go on multiplayer, and it wont accept the one on the back of the manual. Ive added the hiphons and done capital letters, and not capital letters.... everything.
Any help very much appriciated =)

Contact the company. Usually if you have the manual they will have yo do something like mail them the manual page with the key, then they will send you a new one.
