I know nothing about fermentation and im trying to a lab report. Any idea on how i should get started?

Did you conduct a lab? Or are you doing preliminary work on the lab report for a lab that you're going to be conducting? If you've completed the lab on fermentation, it was supposed to teach you something about the topic, probably reinforcing work that was done in class prior to the lab. The lab guidelines should give at least some hints towards the lab report, and your class probably has a standard framework for lab reports. Normally, you should start by stating your hypothesis. Then you present your data and draw conclusions. You can also analyze the results further and account for errors. But without knowing specifically what the lab is supposed to be, nobody can help you write your lab report.
