Well if you want my suggestion, if it's not too late because I know you are on eastern time and all, I'd cut them up, saute them with Worcestershire sauce, add a little garlic, tarragon maybe some Lawry's. Chopped onions and throw a can of cream of mushroom soup in there. Let simmer for a bit until perhaps when the onions are tender crisp (that's the way I like them). At the very end, put a little sour cream in and check you out, you have a good little meal for the chillins! Oh, put this on top of potatoes.

Season them with a little salt and pepper and garlic powder. Cook them really slow in a skillet with a little oil. Saute some peppers and onions in butter and serve on top of your steaks. It's really good this way.

I would recommend that steaks should be at least one inch thick. If they are thin, try not to overcook them. A bit less than medium rare is nice. (I usually pan fry with butter.) ... don't forget your potatoes. (either mashed or baked or creamy au gratin)
I'm now hungry. =(

all a good steak needs is a little salt ad pepper ad cook it rare and you can not go wrong that way.
