In animes they are wearing High School uniforms.
When one gets to College or University, most do not wear unforms, unless you're going to somesort of Military academy wear uniforms are obvious.
If you wanted to buy a high school uniform and wearing to class everyday in college thats your own business, but it would certainly be very strange.

most of 'em, and they usually suck. half of them have to be dry cleaned and their are too short, hot and cramped.
