People with this disorder are compelled to steal things, generally things of little or no value, such as pens, paper clips, small toys, or packets of sugar. Some may not be aware that they have committed the theft until later. Someone with an irrational urge to steal in the absence of an economic motive. I.e. Your addicted to robbing even if you dont need it. Kinda like those rich kids that do it to get attention from their parents who are to busy at work lol.
Edit: Those other answers mean crap if you dont involve the fact that one can afford what ever item it is they steal.

Someone who has an irresistible urge and compulsion to steal anything and everything. I believe it's a psychological disorder that can be treated.
