No, I believe that if Karl Marx were alive today that he would not have approved of the breakup of the USSR.
Now the capitalistic US is the only super power left. This would have been intolerable to Marx.
In addition China is the largest Marxist society but it has expanded by capitalist principles, another denunciation of Marxian ideology.
No, Marx would not have approved.
