I had this argument the other day, my mother said they were meaningful and touching, but hello 'if i was a sailboat i would sail you to the shore' blah!!!!

I have never heard such drivel in all my days - she sits there looking dull as dish water singing the most ridiculous songs - feeling 17, nine million bicycles and I heard her on the one show singing about Charlie Chaplin - who buys this s*it?

I agree totally. Such abysmal songs and she has absolutely no stage presence whatsoever. Truly dreadful.
