time_wounds_all_heelz - We know there will be no change if a Republican is elected. There's a posibility with a Democrat.

I think we need to elect an Independent.

The two party system has failed for over 20 years!

We have wars and rumors of wars and you guys aren't listening. You need a President who can fight wars because whether you want to be in them or not, you will be or they'll change the America that you know. Freedom is at risk and I say give me liberty or give me death. Have you heard that before? That means war.

The same folks who wanted Americans and Jews dead in World War II are the same folks who want them dead today.
The Muslims fought with Hitler.

While rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic the officer yelled "woman, children and unbelievers go first." That's correct the unsaved were asked to board the life boats because the Christians knew if they died they would end up in hell so they gave their life for the unbelievers, because they were looking forward to heaven. No greater love has any man than he lay down his life for his friend. The Motion Picture Industry didn't broadcast this, but those who were last to leave the Titanic heard this from the officer in charge of the remaining life boats.

Make sure you have a Christian President, because without one you can set this nation back 400 years.

Well, if you count change for the worse, then yes, things will change!
I absolutely believe that should another Retardican be elected, the war in the middle east will expand to other countries, and the threat of nuclear holocaust will increase dramatically, more of our civil rights will be curtailed or taken away entirely, the supreme court will be packed with ideologues to ensure the police state for years to come, all of our allies around the world will abandon us, the value of the dollar will become a joke, oil prices will continue to soar ($200 a barrel is not out of the question), China will continue to own more and more of our Nation, not only by buying up our corporations and land, but also buying our increasing debt while we ship more and more jobs over there.

AND, I also believe those things will happen if Hillary is elected.

Can't someone save us from ourselves?!

You are absolutely correct on 7 of the 8 republican candidates. On them there would be no agenda change that is substantive. There is one, however, that would be different. that is Ron Paul. He is the ONLY candidate (Republican or Democrat) who actually voted against the war back before the Iraq invasion. His reasoning for not going to war (when the pressure was so great at that time) is brilliant. Watch it here:

Republicans are polling worse than a Republican in congress.

Vegas is offering $1000-1 that a Republican will not even win a dog catcher position in 2008.

This is dependant on something not so obvious to the average lib.
If the next President is a conservative, not a Lib in sheeps clothing like the current President...we can have change while keeping government sane and responcible.
