The fact you are asking this question tells me you know you are wrong. You moved your car and took some pictures. Pay your fine and move on. If you know you are innocent then you would not need to know if another picture existed that proved your innocence.

If they do, and you are preparing to dispute your ticket in court, they will be required to provide a copy of the photo to you before they can submit to the judge as evidence.

But this is after you pay the amount required by the court clerk when you request a trial date.

i think that's a great idea if they do...in New York i have received and heard numerous times traffic tickets written when the car in no where near the location of offense.

WHY WOULD I BE GIVEN A PARKING TICKET FOR MY PLUMBING VAN BEING PARKED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE, ON THE CURB? IT IS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE, IT MOVES EVERYDAY AND IS PARKED AT NIGHT. THE PARKING TICKET SAYS "NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARKING" ITS A CHEVY VAN WITH A SIGN ON IT. NOT A SEMI.
