I'm 19 (a guy) in LA but I look like 15 or 16. Should I put "18 to look younger" in the skills section on my acting resume? I want people to know I'm over 18 because that would give me an advantage over real 15-year-olds.

You don't really need to put that on your resume just because that's where your headshots come in, but since you want them to know that you're over 18, you can put it on the top below your name where you have a short description of physical attributes like your height, hair color, etc. But it shouldn't be down below with "skills"

no. that's what a headshot is for. never put an age range on your headshot, it insults all casting directors. they know what age you look just by your photo. in your cover letter you should state that you are a legal "adult" and are age 18, but never on the resume.

Get a respectable agent and let him/her make that decision.

Good luck in your career. My sister is a model in NY and one of the most important things she has done in her career is to keep herself grounded by staying close to the people who love her and want the best for her...her family. Never buy into the hype.

It's not a skill.

Put it in your "Age Range" section along with your other stats.
